reunion..

Another reunion is up this January. Rumor has it that Ate Katya will be going. According to the "grapevine" a.k.a. mommy, she wants this to push through like every tradition we have. No biggie. XD

Hope i won't sing this time. I wanna pass the torch to someone else!!

Sophia is born

She is named Sophia Antonia I. Oconer born 4 pounds and premature.

She is now at home with her family and is now enjoying time with Ate Porang and Nanay and tatay.

he stared death in the face

i am not close to him, i don't even know if he knew my name. Yet something about him (recently) is making me think of him, his past and the other stories i heard. As you can see on the right, this is the only picture i can find of him. He is not fond of smiling at the camera ( as i have checked)nor being taken. It is just sad only to discover that he was left all alone to take care of his 2 kids. It was selfish of their mother, whom i thought earlier as a child, as a very sweet person. NOT!

His last 4 months of life (according to mom) was hard. Having to know that if he dies of his cancer, he will leave his children alone. Losing a parent over sickness is understandable. The thing that i don't understand is why she has to leave her children behind. That is so unjust. Tomorrow is Mother's Day. I wonder who will greet her. I do hope Kuya Christian had forgiven her before he bid ciao.

mom and dad and ate to N.Y

Just talked to Mom, she informed me that she (along with dad, ate Badet, Sephora) are going to New York City!!! They are going to spend 2 weeks there and will fly back here. 17th will be the date. *ciao* as for the updates

To fly and to fly again

Mom and Dad are going home on the 17th. But are going back at Arizona after 2 months because my dear sister is giving birth in july.

Situation at home sucks big time. Manang has to pay and buy the dog food, me and Raymon can't support them as much since he only gets 8 thou minus the tax and he only gets it monthly, not every 15th. He even gives his money to his mom. Gives a 1 thou each for groceries and pamalengke, 1, 500 for his "pamasahe and pambaon", 500 for Morgan's diapers and milk and gives 500 to manang and keeps 1 thou for emegencies. The thing is, i would want to study after he graduates, for me to find a much better job. And again, i don't want to be an agent taking calls forever, i am aspiring to be a writer and musician someday. As long as i have the passion for my work, i will never get tired of it. I do hope someone reads this, for them to get a clear view of my thoughts.

Manang on the other hand, would want to send money to her family at the province. but how can she? She shoulders the dog food that doesn't even last a week. We have 4 dogs and 4 cats to feed in this house. And even if we feed them once a day, the 1 sack of dog food would not last that long. As for Ate Len2's problem. As mom stated before " You get 2 thou as payment and an additional1 thou for transportation, all in all it adds up to 3 thou". But how come these days she only gets 1 thousand and it goes to the transportation and it even ends up on asking Manang for money for transportation and food.

The bad thing here is that they don't tell mom and dad about these things, that is why they don;t have a clue. I do hope someone will read this and understand where i am coming from, for I see these problems when they are not around.

I just hope they'll get my drift.

This is the picture that started it all. Mom and Dad still away. The bad news is that after they go home in april they will leave again in after two months. Life without them these days are ok, but the bad thing here is that i still feel trapped because i still have the burden of taking care of this house. *sheesh*
The other bad thing is that as if they dont really give a damn anymore. Kuya is at Hongkong with his family, never even gave a damn about this house or even just the pups. NOT EVEN FOR A BIT. The good thing though is that my other kuya happens to ask if all is well, and is asking if we still have food and such. Told me to take care of things at home and take good care of Morgan. Atleast someone cares right?

mom and dad rush

mom's been pretty pissed lately. since the date of their "leave" is still unknown due to change of minds. but as of today, ate called, she was bleeding as hell. so instead of after new year leave..it will be after xmas instead.
